Teen Sports Massage
Sports Massage is for endurance athletics. Our approach is repetitive Muscle use kinetic therapy. Regular sports massage will allow you, or your athlete to perform better Train harder with ease because muscle fiber adhesions decrease taking pressure off the spine, and pelvis. Trigger points will become non existent, joint inflammation is being released ROM is elevated because of active stretch release techniques. We offer gymnasts a 60 minute massage.
Sports massage for a gymnast is a kinetic approach which means we understand how every muscle is impacted from feet, neck arms, & hands and apply the proper technique to free the joints of tension and pressure.
We offer football players a 90 minute or 2-hour full body massage.
As an athlete, they need a whole body approach because of the extensive training their bodies endure. Sports massage techniques will be used on all muscle groups, as well as Thai massage and NMT. (Let’s spell this out)

We offer Basketball Players a 90 or 2-hour massage focused on lower and upper extremities.
Basketball players need a lot of tendons, joint, and ligament work along with muscle NMT. This sport most always creates hyper toxicity in shoulder muscles, so cross-fiber work through the rotator muscles of the shoulder brings relief readily. Because of the coordination basketball players need, specific focus on the deep spinal stabilizers and rotators of spinal alignment is key. We do specific low extremity work as well. Deep tissue muscle stripping through hamstrings, quads, glutes, and calf muscles. Our therapists also use their Thai stretching techniques for all sports massage sessions.
