Teen Sports Massage

Sports Massage is for endurance athletics. Our approach is repetitive Muscle use kinetic therapy. Regular sports massage will allow you, or your athlete to perform better Train harder with ease because muscle fiber adhesions decrease taking pressure off the spine, and pelvis. Trigger points will become non existent, joint inflammation is being released ROM is elevated because of active stretch release techniques. We offer our local teens an opportunity to start living a healthy lifestyle through our services, which are perfect for:

Medical Massage for Teens

Medical massage can support teens who are dealing with depression anxiety scoliosis migraines or the physical stress that builds from school sports and growth changes. Sessions focus on calming the nervous system improving circulation easing muscle tension and supporting better movement patterns. Therapists adjust pressure and techniques to match each teen’s needs and comfort so the work feels safe and effective. Many families notice improvements in mood sleep and overall ease when massage becomes part of a teen’s routine.

Football

We offer football players a 90-minute or 2-hour full-body massage.

An athlete needs a whole-body approach because of the extensive training their bodies endure. Sports massage techniques will be used on all muscle groups, as well as Thai massage and NMT. (Let’s spell this out)

During their training process, the muscle fibers need more time to penetrate. The tendons, joints, and ligaments need to be addressed along with muscle Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT).

Basketball

We offer Basketball Players a 90 or 2-hour massage focused on lower and upper extremities.

Basketball players need a lot of tendons, joint, and ligament work along with muscle NMT. This sport most always creates hyper toxicity in shoulder muscles, so cross-fiber work through the rotator muscles of the shoulder brings relief readily. Because of the coordination basketball players need, specific focus on the deep spinal stabilizers and rotators of spinal alignment is key. We do specific low extremity work as well. Deep tissue muscle stripping through hamstrings, quads, glutes, and calf muscles. Our therapists also use their Thai stretching techniques for all sports massage sessions.

Gymnast

We offer gymnasts a 60 minute massage.

Sports massage for a gymnast is a kinetic approach which means we understand how every muscle is impacted from feet, neck arms, & hands and apply the proper technique to free the joints of tension and pressure.

Massage for Teens with Stress and Anxiety

Many teens carry more tension than they realize from school demands sports schedules and constant digital stimulation. Medical massage can help by calming the nervous system releasing tight muscles and improving breathing patterns. Sessions often focus on the neck shoulders back and jaw where stress collects the most. Regular work supports better sleep more stable moods and an easier time managing daily pressures. It also gives teens a quiet space to reset their bodies before mental or physical strain becomes overwhelming.
